Before you can track down and visit the Predator’s apartment though, you need to unlock the Predator’s skin by defeating the Predator itself in-game.
Once you’ve done so, equip your new Predator skin and jump into a match, so that you can complete this challenge.

It’s important to remember that this challenge can only be completed if you’re wearing the Predator skin, which is unlocked by defeating the Predator in Fortnite! Once you have the Predator skin, you can easily complete this challenge.

The quickest way to visit the Predator’s apartment is to equip the Predator skin and then visit the apartment at the very beginning of the match. This will allow you to both unlock the emote and then get straight back to winning the match.
All you have to do to complete this challenge is stand on the stairs outside the Predator’s apartment. Though, if you go inside, you’ll be able to have a look at the Predator’s stuff and, hopefully, find some good loot.
Completing this challenge will unlock the Bio-Helment Online built-in emote, which will allow you to remove the Predator’s helmet during a match.
